  1. There are a plethora of variegated ways in which technology integration can be planned for in a lesson. The use of a Smart Board, video clip, sound clip, interactive website games, Wikis, blogs, etc. are all tools and resources that may be incorporated in a lesson. In this modern day in age, the integration of technology into lesson plans is not only beneficial, it is absolutely necessary.

The employment of e-books are also a pedagogical consideration to be mindful of. Furthermore, internet safety and the appropriateness of websites is a pedagogical consideration to be aware of when planning lessons, so that each student is able to navigate the internet with ease and find the designated and appropriate websites.

    1. There are many different ways for technology to be integrated into a lesson plan some of which could include using video clips to help explain certain topics, use a podcast to do book reports or explain about topics, use a wiki spaces to have classwork and homework all in one location, Smart Board, educational games, and so much more.
Pedagogical considerations when planning on integrating technology into lessons can be used in all of the aforementioned technologies as well as using things such as e-books, sound clips, and YouTube videos; however, as a teacher one must be mindful that all information cannot be used at schools due to things being blocked as well as information may be corrupted or not relevant so be wary to misinformation.

Showing PowerPoint’s and short video clips are also ways to use technology. Many websites now offer online interactive games that student can play while learning informational material. Brian Pop videos also have interactive quizzes that students can take.
Pedagogical considerations when planning on integrating technology into lessons can be used in all of the aforementioned technologies as well as using things such as e-books, sound clips, and YouTube videos. One must be mindful of internet policies and safety. The sources should also be evaluated for creditability.

  2. Smartboard use is the newest form of technology to use in a classroom.
I see that even now not all teachers are on board with using them, and not all classrooms are equipped with them.
Smartboards will be the most common when money is available to purchase them. Once teachers realize how much these tools can add to their teaching, they will be hooked.
The interactive games that are free are fun and there are many of them. YouTube has some very good things, but not all is worthy of use in the class.
